White Array provides browser-based developer tools, digital media services, technical consultancy, and software products. Our free tools are provided "as is" without warranty. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

White Array Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
